General Terms and Conditions

You and the hotel agree to the terms for renting a hotel room. The company operating the hotel is referred to as Storebaug Hotell & Kro AS (hereinafter referred to as "the hotel"). These rules apply unless otherwise agreed upon. Different rules apply to conferences and group reservations.

Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed and binding once you receive a booking confirmation, whether verbally, in writing, or via the booking system. Upon reservation, you must provide your name, address, email, arrival, departure, and payment method. It's crucial to provide your email address to receive reservation confirmation. You must be at least 18 years old to book a room. If booking for a minor, you're responsible regardless of your presence.

Arrival and Departure

Arrival and departure times vary depending on the booking and price quoted. Rules for cancellation depend on the price quoted at booking. Typically, cancellations are free until 6:00 PM three (3) days before arrival.

Early Arrival and Extensions

Leaving early may result in a price change. Inform the hotel of early departure. Extending stay requires notification before 6:00 PM the day before departure, or an extra night's charge may apply.

Hotel's Obligations and Your Demands

If the hotel cannot provide the agreed room, you'll be offered an equivalent or better room at the hotel or another with similar standards at no extra cost. Specify preferences during booking. Smoking in non-smoking rooms may incur charges. Notify if bringing pets.

Payment

The hotel bill must be paid in advance. Accepted payment methods include major credit and debit cards. Other methods require prior agreement.

Your Safety

Know emergency exits, alarm buttons, and firefighting equipment locations. Check information inside your hotel room door.

Privacy and Cookies
